lemme tell you a story
Whenever I draw Starfire in my sketchbook I and I get to her hair I just start scribbling.
I’m just really impatient with hair I guess.
why haven’t I drawn these two together yet
(yes not only do I want Kori in YJ but I want to see her sister show up too I AM THAT GREEDY)
I need to seriously wind down because I have far too much energy for someone who needs to be awake at 4:30 in the morning for a flight.

PROBABLY COULD HAVE GONE DOWN A BETTER ROUTE WITH THE “BACKGROUND” oh well.
So! Some time ago, Nat rediscovered Nightstar via Wikipedia and told me about how upsetting it was that she and Starfire never wore any decent clothing. So she asked me to draw them and Dick as an adorably happy family with actual clothes on. She also wanted me to make it bb!Mar’i.
SO I DID. IT WAS KIND OF FUN!
For those of you wondering why I gave Kori pants, it’s from this. PANTS ARE COOL.
